I would say the blame is partly on Kimi also. Vettel couldn't do anything

I never understood what was wrong with Kvyat maneuver, he saw the space, he took it. It was Vettels fault for letting the door open and reacting like that, because he didn´t avoided the contact with Kvyat, he just freaked out because he thought he would not be surprised by a faster car. Then he complained like a kid saying it was totally Kvyats fault, which it wasn´t.
