Fountains Abbey and Studley royal Water Garden

Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Garden is a lovely day out with the family. When you first come in the entrance there is a cafe and then you can head to the Abbey. There is a childrens play park on the way. Once you reach the abbey it is interesting with its ruins, which then lead you for a walk along the river. There is history and beauty all in one place. A very historic and idylic place to be. You can explore the water garden feature and then on to the medieval deer park with ancient trees.
