How fast can a Fiesta ST hit 60mph?! - Baseline performance testing with Dragy!

Baseline testing here we come... modifications incoming!

Hey guys & gals, today we have a video of some baseline performance testing with our MK7 Fiesta ST, today we will be using Dragy in order to find out the 0-60, 30-60 & 20-70 mph times for our car before we get it tuned. This will give us some baseline figures to work from to find out what the real world differences are...

20-70 & 30-70 mph is everyday driving comparisons I usually only drive diesels so 30-70 is good for me because that’s peak torque in 3rd gear out to around 4200rpm

I believe magazines road test and manufacturer quoted times take the 1 foot roll out in to account.
If you do that your sub 7secs.

Very interesting to see that it’s not far off fords quoted time considering the 4 different tyres 😂 intrigued what the difference would be with a set of ‘high performance’ tyres.

try pulling away at around 2800rpm going easy on the clutch, makes a big difference if you catch the tyers right.good luck, enjoying the channel.

0-60 is a real weak point of these cars, especially stock. Only some maps allow to reach 60 in 2nd. But biggest problem for stock and the mp215 is the torque limiter in 1st and 2nd.
