OMG never thought about egg white sealer. I end up frying my curry roux back then 😂

I will be making this soon with thinly sliced beef as well as a few other curry and beef dishes. I thought of using ready-made biscuit dough to make curry buns before watching your short and this confirmed that it should be done plus my boyfriend loves getting them when we go to any Asian grocery market

I tried this.

I had a hard time w/ the edges opening w/ egg wash.

And the dough I rolled it too thick still so I need to roll it out thinner
