Quick & Easy Biang Biang Noodle Hack in 30 Mins

Skipping the whole biang biang noodle-making process, we're taking the easy route with knife-cut noodles as they have a similar chewy texture.

The word “biang” comes from the sound made when the noodles are slapped against a surface during the pulling process, but hey, we're all about shortcuts here!

Breaking it down, we've got three simple parts: Cumin beef, stir-fried bean sprouts, and tomato egg. After blanching those knife-cut noodles, we toss them in a sauce mix.

Fun fact: it took more time writing the word 𰻞𰻞麵 than cooking the noodle itself.
