reminder that bowie being stereotypically gay isnt a bad thing because he has his own personality, he has a story, etc. darren from heartbreak high is stereotypically gay but that isnt a bad thing since they have their own personality. plus total drama is filled with stereotypes such as lindsay being the dumb blonde bimbo (im not insulting her bytw). stereotypes can be bad but they can be good

Ngl I Like that they made the decision to make them just be Gay instead of them being Gay, being made fun of and then at the end they say something like being Gay is ok,
Like that is way more realistic AND just an over all better choice, manly because they don’t care what others think

Still so ecstatic with how they handled Bowie (and Raj) as openly gay characters, theyre both so funny and well written!!! And god actually hearing the word “gay” in cartoons still feels so crazy, but it makes me so happy that shows can do that now
