About cooking, reminds me of my boss who I worked before. A really kind Chinese boss that I worked for him when I was studying for my degree in Aus. I was really bad with knife 🔪 skill, and I couldn't properly cut vegetables.

And I blame it all to myself for not having the talent.
He took over the knife and just told me:" That's not true. You just haven't find someone who would lead you into cutting the vegetables correctly."
Then he would show me a few times, and tell me how to position my hand correctly so that I don't get cut.

Of course, I still can't cut the vegetables correctly, at least perfect sizes he always wanted to, but hey! I learn how to properly cut vegetables from him.

I now indebted to him and thank him by heart for his kindness for teaching me how to cut veggies .
