John, Great joke LOL. Tony sounds like he was a funny guy. Had I known you were having computer issues, I would have recommended taking it to Best Buy and having The Geek Squad work on it. I had issues with my old Mac Book and had to buy a new one, they were able to take everything off of the old one and transfer it to the new one and I've never had a issue with it.
