Given eigenvalues and eigenvectors, how to find a matrix?

Many times in a question, it will be given that suppose A has eigenvalues 1,2,3 and some eigenvectors. Then find the matrix A.
To solve such kinds of problems we will take the help of Diagonalization. The matrix A = PDP^-1.
