I love how he smiles when he says goodbye. What a nice person 😊

“hello wonderful person” is probably nicest thing anyone ever said to me

I have been watching your channel grow for some years now. It is pleasing to see you reaching so many people. May you continue to find success as a science popularizer.

If Anton ever skips "hello wonderful person" we'll know that he's telling us to send a rescue team to free him from his captors.

using gravity to communicate is one of the coolest things ive heard this year

If we had more people like Anton, a lot more, what a wonderful world it be, and not the one we have now being run by idiots.

Mr. Petrov, you are wonderful! You leap language barriers, and make the complicated ideas much more understandable! Thank you very much!

Imagine tuning into the HF gravitational waves and getting Rick rolled from over 100 light years away.

Ooh... I love it when something unexplained happens, because that's where new science is going to happen!

"We got 2 detections!!!!"
"What did you detect?"
"We'll need couple years and many more tests to answer that."

Alien 1: “You think anyone is listening in on this conversation?”
Alien 2: “Nope. NOBODY would listen in on high frequency gravitational waves. Even if they were smart enough, they’d think it was primordial black holes or something.”
Alien 1: “As long as you’re sure…”

Anton: Sitting at a console listening in on the Aliens with a big grin on his face.

I continue to be amazed by the sheer, shocking number of black holes and other things merging within our detectable range.

WOW these detectors are a big step up from the crystal radios I used to build as a young teen, I still have a few crystals [somewhere] and possibly a holder, from all those years ago. I am still fascinated by radio communication, but I couldn't even contemplate building something this complex. I have always loved science and cosmology, and Anton our mentor. Cheers

Hello Anton Thank You for videos. I am a double Lung Transplant survivor who appreciates the scientific get away.

I had a feeling you'd be covering this when I read about it. It's a brilliant detector design. I never would have expected you'd be able to make a piezoelectric detector sensitive enough to see high frequency gravitational waves.

Pretty exciting seeing a new field of science expanding like this

I read this news in a B-rated science magazine a few days ago. Since then I was waiting to hear the news from Anton.
