hey huni bunnies!!! for today's video i'm showing you guys my 5AM MORNING ROUTINE! it's crazy how much more you can get done in the day when you wake up just a few hours earlier. hope u babes enjoy! xoxo

WORKOUT ROUTINE:
MWF: 1 hr spin class, 200 crunches
TTH: 1 hr hiit on treadmill, 200 crunches
Weekend: Usually spin on saturday and hiit on sunday but sometimes it differs!

I absolutely love my watch!! It’s really easy to turn off notifications or keep it in airplane mode, so they don’t come through. I totally get your hesitation though, it can get quite annoying, but I believe the pros outweigh the cons!

One of the biggest reason I got off instagram was because I found myself comparing myself to other constantly. Ive been off of it for like 2 years now and honestly I don’t miss it at all.

I use a fitbit versa and I love it! I keep my notifications off and really just use it for fitness.

I love my Fitbit so much, I just got the charge 3 for Christmas but before I had the charge 2.
It tracks sleep, steps, calories, you can track your water.
Also you can add friends who also have fitbits and do fun challenges that are motivating

I really love my Apple Watch 3! It’s water proof and it’s great for keeping me accountable Bc it always reminds me to workout! It also tracks heartrate and steps etc. I also love it for answering calls or texts when I don’t have my phone on me!

I like my Fitbit charge. It’s nice cause you can turn off the phone and call notifications. You can customize it on the app to show calories and steps and set reminders to move around as well as goals :) xx

I am using a fitbit watch. They are just for fitness and really chill, no messages and notifcations :)

I use a fit bit for my “smart watch”. And I love it. You have the option to chose to have notifications. I agree with your points, but I do have my messages on because I am in high school and not allowed to go on my phone at all, so it is nice to know if I got a message and if it is important or not.

My Apple Watch actually makes me stay off my phone even more! Instead of constantly checking my phone now to see if I have any notifications, I get them on my watch and can decide if it’s important at that time to reply. And I love the exercise tracking feature on it!

You can turn off those extra setting you don’t want. But I live for my watch and tracking my workouts! It’s also nice for when I can’t have my phone at work because I work retail so it’s nice that I’m not completely ignored by the world

Try mixing your apple cider vinegar with 16oz of water and a crystal light pack! Sooo much easier to take in the mornings this way 👍🏽

You can always try some of the older fit bits the older ones don’t show a lot they don’t really tell you notifications from your phone. You can eat an older one so you only see your steps and calories and stuff
