I don't understand when we started celebrating being so unhealthy.. it's all fine in your 20's... 30's.... But once you hit 40... Blood pressure, thyroid, heart disease, cholesterol etc... Starts hitting... It's not about being "mean" or "body shaming." I am genuinely concerned about how we as a society have started to embrace behaviors that lead to unhealthy lifestyles and potential medical conditions in a country with such poor (and expensive) healthcare.
