As a Canadian from the start i said 4 nations wasn't 4 nations without Russia and this is why. The sportsmanship the grit to win and just the pure ambition to win. Canada and the US would have had a hell of a show against Russia. We're talking some of the greatest players to ever touch the ice. It's disheartening to see y'all weren't allowed to compete because of the war in Ukraine but if the US was still in Iraq we'd see them competing. Funny world we live in.

Their locker room is slowly becoming Russian, not yet but they have at least 3 or 4 Russians on the team so they get a green flag from me because Russia has produced great prospects in the past 20 years or so while their country as a whole has been really rough. I mean panarin and kucherov are just a couple examples of great Russian players, and kaprizov this season is nuts
