Does the NRA cover that cost, or the taxpayer?

I’m glad the taxpayers are gonna have to pay the rest of their lives for shootings like this because they all could have prevented but instead what do they do grab their guns tighter then their flag poles, and those flags represent the kids that they failed and all who have laid on the ground .

Government bears some responsibility so here's 144 MILLION dollars of tax payers hard earned money. Here's an idea, how about whatever Government officials are admiting the guilt pay out of their own pocket instead.

2023 Stabbings USA 1, 964 UK 53 CAN 177 MEX 4, 700 AUS 119 NZ 18.
NZ 18 x 66 to match USA population = 1, 188 or 776 less stabbings than the US.
Is the US experiencing an increase in knife-related crime mixed with the increase in gun crime?
