I feel like Palworld solved the issue with most survival games and how they feel more like a chore list than a challenge. In Palworld, your Pals help you survive and make your life easier and allows the player more freedom while still maintaining the aspect of constant danger that survival games provide.

This "palworld glorifies animal abuse" at the start of the video was a golden take. Not like pokemon can be summarized into a world were humans capture free animals and put them to work as slaves, or make them fight against each other, such dog fights.

Okay at the very beggining, like the first 3 hours I didn't get it, I hate constant inventory management on top of hunger and janky movement. But after capturibg different pals and seeing how they interact with your base, it gives animal farm/minecraft vibes with a pokemon theme. Simple but genius and fun

This is the same "violent video games make people violent" with a new coat of paint on it.
It's only a concern if the player confuses a video game with reality.
Which is not the developers fault.

If Nintendo was smart they could totally use this to make a Pokemon Ranger Game... capturing mons and taking them to your own safari. Saving mons from castles and settlements with poachers and stuff. Using awesome tech to help mons be free, you get to keep some to help run things and like there is so much to capitalize on.

As someone who really doesn't care about Pokemon and has never been interested in it, I've been thoroughly enjoying Palworld! The gameplay loop is genuinely addicting.

I’ve always loved the idea of Pokémon, and the freedom they give you to create complex teams, but the games for years have been too freaking easy. There’s never a reason to go out and catch rare Pokémon, palworld gives me a reason to explore. And it’s SO refreshing

its baffling how Pokemon don't have voice acting yet..so the Pokemon game we all want would take at least 5-10 years to develop with a A+ AAA team

I am a huge gamer I havnt really played games for probally 10 years but I still buy all the current systems and games for my kids. I watch my kids play alot and will help them wheb they need. We share a love for video games. I think Palworld is awsome its about time for a new pokemon. And I grew up on red and blue and the start of the card game even. Everyone just needs to chill and let Palworld be great. Everyone loves it look at reviews. Trust the people.

Correction: Xbox patch certification does not guarantee the patch is safe. It merely checks to make sure it does not violate the console's rules. But as for what it actually does to the game itself, Microsoft does not check for that. Plenty of Xbox games have patches that pass certification and then break the game for everyone who downloads it, deleting their saves or bricking your controller or whatever. As someone who buys a lot of indie titles on the platform, it's actually a disastrously common issue. Certification does not AT ALL provide the benefits necessary to offset the delays in parity.

My gf is also a gamer and she is my first relationship that enjoys video games like I do. We have been having Diablo dates since she plays PC and I play on Playstation, but it's been fun. Thanks for sharing about your personal life and love the channel!

literally the only problems I have Palworld is I want the base to expand instead of me being able to build 2 bases, I can't tell where the boundaries of the base will be until after I set the base which wouldn't be a problem if they could expand. and I constantly accidentally throw pal orbs and waste them, instead of it being a press and release throw it should be a press to aim press to throw mechanic.
