I like that part in the constitution where it says the government job is to make economic opportunities, equitable for all.

The part you forget is where Friedman has to make the dismantling of the Keynesian Golden Age (utterly predicated on the rise of the middle class, high taxes, high welfare, and other concessions to the populace following a period of elite surplus and capitalist overproduction that caused two world wars) palatable to a still-critically capable populace. Near the end of this period one of the causes of the Indonesian Genocide could be argued to be American (and other) expats just chilling over there capable of generating intelligence comparable to or better than the CIA's. There is an inherent contradiction there as well I guess, the more Beatles you generate via good welfare and education systems the more successful crybabies you get singing their version of "The Taxman".
