Another possible answer for tinnitus is the hair in your ears vibrating or rubbing up on each other, making the nerves sense sound that isn’t really there.

Putting your finger on the tragus (the flap in the middle of your ear by the sideburns) and vibrating it, can sometimes help. (I get really bad tinnitus & that’s the first thing I do to try and stop it bc it really does help)

I'm autistic and my brain is always working in overdrive, I had to listen very closely to learn stuff because I couldn't learn things as naturally as other people, i hear all the noises that others don't notice, it's exhausting
