* **Rigid and Flexible Constitution:** The Indian Constitution is both rigid and flexible. एकीकृत न्यायपालिका: भारतीय संविधान में एक एकीकृत न्यायपालिका है, जिसका अर्थ है कि न्यायिक प्रणाली के शीर्ष पर एक सर्वोच्च न्यायालय है, प्रत्येक राज्य में उच्च न्यायालय और उनके नीचे अधीनस्थ अदालतें हैं।

सार्वभौम वयस्क मताधिकार: भारतीय संविधान सार्वभौम वयस्क मताधिकार का प्रावधान करता है, जिसका अर्थ है कि भारत के 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक उम्र के प्रत्येक नागरिक को वोट देने का अधिकार है।
