This was my favourite book in elementary school, did my first ever book report on it.

Because of this book I now work with disabled adults in a rehab home.

I remember reading this book in middle school and doing a book report on it. I really liked the book but it wasn't popular enough for people to know of it :/

I’ve thought about this book since elementary school. Watched the movie a few years back. Came here to be with people who know about it too

This was my absolute most favorite book when I was 12. I even wrote the author, Sara Weeks, about it because I loved it so much! I'm 20 now and I really hope the movie turns out as good as the book.

This movie is wonderful and MUST be bound for Oscars! The acting is tremendous, the story is touching and very relevant to today's issues, and you will cry and be swept off your feet as you watch it! MUST GO!!! If it's not in your area, ask your local theater to GET IT NOW!!

This made me cry, this was my favorite book as a child. I connected to her character so much but also couldn’t be more different than her. This book was so beautiful and truly changed my brain chemistry ❤❤❤❤

I have so much hope that this movie will be good. It's based on my favorite mildly underrated book of all time. The actors are pretty good and the movie will mostly focus on the child actor, Talitha Batemen and I think she can carry a main role because she was in the recent Annabelle movie and she was great in that. So I have much hope for this movie

I loved this book; read it for the first time last year in fourth grade. Cried at the end, not even gonna lie.

Just saw this last night....planning to go again this weekend. Well done! To know that the author, Susan, and the screenwriter, Garry, agree 100% on the production, is amazing! The critics on Rotten Tomatoes are just that, critics, and opinions are like friends and everybody has one. Of course some of the book content is lost in making a 90 minute movie, but the essence is there and will not disappoint. Just go.

I read this book about 10 years ago, it really lasted with me and I always imagined a movie and I'm so glad it's been made
