(HD) Holy Paladin PVP (Random BG - Twin Peaks) - Bartender4 State Configs

(Needs Commentary) My Bar1 has Healing spells and Bar 3 has attack spells, with State Configs i am able to swop the 2 bars around depending on if i target a Friend or Enemy.

eg: Target Friend: Bar1...press Button 3 will Flash Heal
Target Enemy: Bar3...press Button 3 will Crusader Strike
