Can anyone tell me if the AF-P lens loses auto focus on the D7100. I searched everywhere on the web about it but nobody knows how to answer it. The most I found was that the lens is compatible, BUT, with some restrictions. Only that restriction nobody explains what it is. I have a 7100 and was looking to buy an AF-P 70 300 VR. But this stepper motor is leaving me full of doubts. I don't want to make videos, my business is just photography.
