i prefer to use the zip and press the crouch input to avoid fall stun and immediately go forward, long time ago i used to jump of the zip always and now i jump only if im going upwards and crouch going downwards

i just use the zipline most of the time

Yo try this, as soon as you are about to hit the floor there, interact with the zipline and quickly jump off - time it right and it will let you slide immediately forward into the big room below avoiding gunfire from above and keep momentum.

You can just grab the Zipline and then crouch out of it

When you put cards at the end of the video you make it impossible to actually see the content you've worked to create. If you're not willing to get rid of the cards, consider making the video longer so the cards don't obscure the content.
