Boil water most practically in electric kettle, then pour it in the bowl of frozen chicken add 1 tbsp salt and to 2 tbsp vinegar. It will be tender 8- 10mins. Will taste better also. 😉Thank me later 😊

I have been putting frozen raw meat in ziplock freezer bags and submerging in HOT water for decades with NO problems, , 3 times faster too.
