We were there in 2018 with my wife and friends, our guide did not tell us how physically challenging it was. As a 60-yrs old by then, it took it's toll on my nerves and determination whether or not to pursue the trek, but apparently there's no turning back once you jump into the first cliff...we made it after a few hours later and it turns out to be extremely rewarding given it's physical obstacle that we endured. I hope we could do it again while we can....
