If it helps you can also just enter 'cmd' in the file explorer path instead of copying it and windows will open up a new terminal in that directory for you.

Your title doesn't have anything to do with your video... I want in an administrator terminal to navigate to another disk... All you did was cd C:\ which works for the main drive but not for any other drive...
