In Matthew 11:28-30, He invites us to come to Him for rest, describing His yoke as easy and His burden as light. This reflects the idea that salvation is not about striving or laboring under a heavy load of religious duties.

The Apostle Paul also highlights the simplicity of salvation in Ephesians 2:8-9, where he states, "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast." This underscores that salvation is a free gift, received through faith, and not something we achieve through our own efforts.

Furthermore, in John 3:16, we see the simplicity of the Gospel message: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life." Belief in Jesus is the key to receiving eternal life, making salvation accessible to all who choose to believe.

An amazing point, brother. It is simple, just believe the Gospel of Christ and be saved and have eternal life freely by God's grace and all sins forgiven but we people are naturally prideful and we want to contribute to salvation with some works of ours. Yet the Bible says only God can save us and that is through His Son's sacrifice on the Cross for us alone, not Jesus and our works or our works also. So sola Dio gloria - to God be the glory (for our salvation)

I too have found it unfair, but I am safe in my trust for Jesus. Just because I can’t fully fathom my agreement with doesn’t mean I don’t believe its true and continue in faith.
