I believe torches or any light source cannot fully stop the spawning of blazes, so be careful and always prepare yourself a good sword.

I know it's a very stupid question. But I am really concerned, I have been playing on my bedrock world for over 400 Minecraft days, But didn't found a single spawner of any mob. I have explored many caves, a lot of nether, But still haven't. Any idea why?

This doesn't seem right. From what I recall, the held blaze in the kill chamber will max out around 6 because you set that up within 9 blocks of the spawner. My understanding is that the spawner checks what the count is in the 9 block area if less than 6 then spawn a pack, if not then poof out. The kill chamber should be 9 - 16 away.
