Alice is a confounding character to play as but can be devastating if you know what you're doing. Alice has poor ranged attack and almost nonexistent very close range rather her melee attacks come from her dolls a little in front of her. You need to understand proper sweet spots and planning to play as Alice.

I'm really glad Flowering Night was used as Sakuya's theme in this game instead of Lunar Dial. It's one of my favorite character themes. Also, just who is Patchouli to Remilia? Like, is she just a friend or does she work in the mansion

Also, uh, HELLOOOO? "I've been preparing for this" could just mean she definitely expected to get into trouble doing what she did.
Edit: I never noticed it before, but while Sakuya may have meant "we can't have you setting a bad exemple" the way everyone interprets it (or seem to), it's possible she doesn't want *Alice* to set a bad image of herself (because if it was Marisa or eve, Youmu she wouldn't even care, simply because they're human. Alice isn't human anymore, she's a youkai, as such Sakuya, who works for youkai in spite of being human, probably feels more of a connection with her than with fellow humans).
Edit2: Also Alice doesn't care if there's a mountain to climb or not, lmfao. She went to the scarlet clouds straight from the freaking SDM.
Edit3: Tenshi always reaching for new levels of blissfull obliviousness. Her overdramatization doesn't help either, lol.

Is it just me or is Patchouli really hostile to Alice, for some reason ? Her analogy with hail seemed kind of an attack on her personnality ^^'

every time I see iku, I am reminded of the skit "boot to the head" its very funny. that said, it also makes me think of someone else with a scottish accent.
