I think these houses add some very nice swingy-ness that was missing a bit from AoA. Saurian lets you push the limit yet can backfire, and Stars pushes you to encourage house diversity, even though usually you want to focus on a main house for consecutive reaps. Really nice new mechanics

Yup.... I think I checked and 50% of the decks I own have Bad Penny. Some have more than one. I'm kinda tired of the card and was hoping this set would remove her. Guess not, so I'll have to deal with all the Bad Penny decks again....

Great look at the new set Tom! I'm so tempted to buy this new starter set, but I just can't justify getting into what is essentially a random chance at getting a decent deck. Despite what they say, the decks are clearly not balanced, and some are just clearly better and have better synergy. Such a cool game shackled by such a bad idea.
