For some reason, I am reminded of the medic from tf2 when I see his face in this style

But that can't be since medic is currently terrorizing the dark eldar (who knew you could surgically create a blank)

The scream reminds me of soldier but he was never a commissar and he has no charisma, just straight up living saint violence with a shovel
