I'm really confused by your idea of "not playable" frame rates. In a previous video you said that 38-45 fps was 'not playable' for retro games, which was likely higher than playing them on original hardware.

Hmm, I wonder if this PC stick could be pushed further a bit past Dolphin Emulation? Did you try it with the new Xbox emulator? You did say that it is more CPU bound, right? Would be cool if this could run DOA 3.
