Bloomberg's Wendy Benjaminson discusses adult film star Stormy Daniels testifying in court Tuesday during Donald Trump's hush money trial, and states that her testimony has nothing to do with the case. She also shares her insight on whether or not Trump's other criminal trials will happen this year, as the Florida documents trial has been postponed indefinitely by the judge. Daniels own written statement proclaimed she never had a affair with Trump! She signed the document!

This story is old--not just the incident, if there even was one, but the telling and selling of it. It goes back to 2011--about 6 years after the alleged encounter--when it was reportedly published in a magazine called Life & Style, a subsidiary of In Touch Magazine. It wasn't until Trump had a presidential campaign in 2015 that her agent tried to resurrect the story in the wake of the Access Hollywood tape in a bid to garner her client some money in her faltering dance/acting career.

Regardless, nothing she offered to day had any relationship to the question at issue: Did Trump commit a crime, and if so, how and what? The entire testimony was only to serve lecherous male attorneys' fantasies. It was totally off-topic. The defense should have been objecting on the basis of relevance with each question.
