It is great to see the TFL crew being amongst the first to review this truck. It appears to be very capable off road, with good on road manners.

Amazing how a beast of a truck with 540 HP is ranked for its gas mileage these days. My 460 Ford got 9 MPG and was a 4X2.

Us TRX owners know to put it in snow mode on the highway for an extra 2 mpg. Try it in the RHO.

I love how she quoted Ferris Bueller. It's so choice.

“Where else can you go 118?”

- SH130 in Texas
- US183A near Austin
- I10 west

Basically: Texas

I bet you’ll gain an extra mpg if you drop down to 70mph. Trucks take a huge mpg hit if you go above 65mph because of the ginormous front end.

Pretty insane gas price. Hearing some really good things about this RHO Truck. Jen did an amazing job and seems like she really is the right person for this TFL role. Congrats! The versatility and comfort off and on road is amazing on this truck. We have a small off road trailer and this seems like it would be a great fit.

I like it. The older I get the more I want a quiet ride. I have a big V8 love sound but I like quiet for an every day commuter

Excellent review now. Tim can finally get his truck that they’re breaking in for him.

The first real review of the RHO. TFL has car people with passion not POMPUS.

And the verdict is……..the new Ram RHO is more reliable than the new Tundra 👍

Seeing that RHO going up those rocks offroad is inspiring. Nothing more American than driving a large pickup truck and then driving it offroad.

I drove from Southern West Virginia to Dallas and back a few times, I Love to drive, but 1, 200 mile road trip is a lil more than I was used to to, the Sun in my face half the day got to me, gave me a whole lot of respect for what Truck Drivers do and I wasn’t pulling a 49 foot trailer!

Dear Andre, I love that you are telling Gwens name before your own, maybe a detail, but this is courtesy I love to hear. Thanks Gwen, and thanks Andre.

I have a '25 Ram Truck, and I'll say it again; I LOVE that inline-6 twin-turbo. It is so much smoother than the old hemi, and much more power. I'd buy one (again) any day.

Patiently waiting for my own forged blue RHO! Will be fun comparing it to my gen 3

Honestly the RHO is a bargain, true wide-body with that active higher travel suspension, on the fly modes and substantially more power than it's main competitor, the Raptor V6. At its base price, it's a ridiculous bargain that's the same price or even cheaper than loaded regular 1500s like the Rebel, Trail Boss, ZR2, and TRD Pro.

In 2021 my family went on vacation in my ford 2020 raptor. It was the best vehicle I ever used for long distance travel. More than enough power for interstate travel and believe it or not that power helps getting in and out of traffic. I got 17 mpg doing 90 on the interstate and it was effortless. The fox shocks gave for an amazingly smooth ride. I’m always crammed in because my wife over packs. That truck was the first time I was able to drive 10+ hours before having to stop and rest. Since the rho would be in the same class truck I bet it will also be perfect for traveling. Add a bed cover and throw everything in the bed and only necessities in the cab. I got to drive on the beach, I just wish I could have done more off-roading on that trip.

Remember, this is a performance tuned version of the engine. A 3.0 i6 producing roughly 550hp is definitely pumping some fuel. People also need to consider that this is at high elevation, which hurts the fuel economy.

I'm glad the capability and comfort were high points. I really like these i6 trucks, and I'm not a truck guy. I drove the trx, and it was cool, but I wasn't desiring it like i do these i6 rams.
