Things will be scary on stage! Looking super massive champ! Arms have came up a LOT. Taking the lighting and angle into consideration, the progress is super impressive to see even on the level that you are! Hey whats Happening James.... Saw your premiered video and love your take on the psychology of bodybuilding;
It is a very hard sport and mental state is everything! using anger and finding something else to motivate you can be hard at times. I guess it is best to learn to train neutral, it is very possible but it takes time and mental conditioning.
Also love the slogan "do the necessary", another hard skill to grasp. All the best to you James, I live in Lebanon now, for now but used to be a north london boy. Stay well.
