I have 2 questions - why would one need to apply for multiple transcripts? My point with this question is, since the process to apply to universities abroad is through online application anyways, so we would be uploading a scan of the transcript along with some document number for verification (sorry if that is not the case, as I haven't applied to any universities yet, I am just guessing). So why take multiple copies?
And my 2nd question is - what is the difference between a transcript and a consolidated marksheet. I have a consolidated marksheet, and its a single page, with just a table of 4 rows and 2 columns, where each "cell" contains the same contents as the individual marksheets for each semester - The semester number, the subject code, the subject name, my grade in the subjects, and the SGPA for the semester. Along with that, there is also the total final CGPA at the bottom.
