Beautiful....I like it as it is, the smaller bedroom will be a Pantry.
Once I purchase this and have it constructed on top of a mountain, I can relax and do my own thing, since there will only be one bedroom, company will be limited, and that's a good thing!

Nice! This one ticks off all the boxes for a cabin getaway! I love all the covered outdoor space, the open concept living-dining-kitchen, the en suite master bath, and the fireplace. Very cozy

Whoever designed this did an excellent job. It has room, storage and not overly large. Not a fan of stacked washing, but that is easy to fix.

I’m at a turning point in my life and will be moving back to family land in the foothills of the Smokies. I think this just stole its way into my plans. It’s all the size (maybe more, actually) than what aim looking for but this look fits *perfectly* with the area, and hits all the points.

Love the design/layout of this charming one-story house. Spacious, lots of natural light, 3-season room. A few small changes to personalize specifically, but wonderful, efficient design.

We stayed in the actual home for this design last year. It is located in Texas and the only differences that it has - there was no fireplace (which I wished it had), the window facing the front, next to the front door was a double door going to the porch, and the floors were stained concrete. I loved the floor plan. It was perfect for a vacation rental. I agree with the screened in porch idea that someone mentioned. I think windows with screens to open up for the summer and then in the winter you could close and use as an extra sitting area. (It is not ducted for heating or cooling but a small unit would make it comfortable for most days of the year or add a duct to that area)

Very charming. For me, that fireplace would be a goner to give the living room more space. I would reconfigure the master bath/laundry area so I could build a breezeway to a garage. Love that back porch - perfect!

A great home! I especially like the effective balance of indoor/”outdoor” living spaces. A cozy and very workable home design - would definitely live here!

Nice design. I don’t like open shelves in kitchen, but easy fix.

This is the perfect house for me (I've been looking for a long time) The screened in porch was always a must for me ❤. I would only add another room (as if it were a studio for my craft work)

I would add a pantry and make the house about 4 feet larger for better space in the bedrooms, etc. Great house! Love it!

Very nice. 2 items I would tweak. Take the kitchen cabinets to the ceiling for more storage, and less hassle to repaint the wall in that small area above existing cabinets. Also would love the back porch the entire house width with access from the principal bedroom. A single door would work. Shift the screened area to that side, open the portion near the dining room for BBQ and open air dining.

I like everything I see here. The aethstetics, all the windows, the covered patio. The only thing I would like better is if the porch went all the way across the front. Or better yet, a wrap-around.

Great design. Nice flow of the indoor and outdoor space.
Two changes I would've made:
1. Merge the fireplace and TV into one location roughly between where they currently are. Mount the TV above the fireplace. This will allow the living room to feel slightly larger and will unify the TV/fireplace as the focal point in the living room. If the owner doesn't want a TV in the living room, no problem.
2. Make the stacked W/D accessible from the hall, behind the same barn door. Eliminate the laundry sink area to enlarge the too-small master walk-in closet. L-shaped hanging rods waste closet space. No closet should be designed this way.

Absolutely love this. A few things I’d change but not much ~ don’t like the green backsplash and I’d want different floor. Love to know the cost of something like this. Love the attached screen porch. Allows you to open the sliding doors for fresh air in the house and no bugs lol.

Nice house. I would however: 1) include a pantry and a linen closet; 2) for master with the bath and closet design, the closet should always be first with the bathroom in the back with a door - this way one person could be in the bathroom and the other in the closet dressing; and 3) how about a garage?

When I build my new home, this will be the guest house in the back. I want one. Beautiful

A good plan! The only thing I might want to add is a pantry.
