We have the Cover Cradle and love it! Our Hot Springs spa looks and functions like new and we have had it over 8 years in the Phoenix area weather.

We’ve had a nightmare with ours. 3 months in and already required a water change and a new salt production cartridge. Our water reads perfect one day then nothing the next. We clean the filters weekly, shower before use, use it for no more than 1-1.5hrs over the day. We are constantly having to add liquid chlorine as we don’t think the tub is making any itself. We are now thinking of getting rid and going back to a chlorine system.

The slide method lift is junk I hate it! I have to fight to get it open one side at a time. It’s not smooth just push and lift. As soon as it gets ice in it it’s not going to slide at all. Very disappointed. My last hot tub had the cradle lift and it was perfect no complaints. Now I have to fight this junk every time I use it!
