That’s what scammers do, she scammed him out of money to get what she wants! She never met that man before and the plantiff should’ve been more careful and beware of scammers like HER! This is why you do not fall for scams she is pulling! If a stranger ask you for money, block him/her immediately, don’t give money to strangers that’ll trying to scam you!

I love it when people say “No they didn’t ask for something, after they gave someone an entire story of needing help or in a bind” perhaps that person offered to help sometimes as a gift or they say “I can help but need to be paid back”. They never turn it away though. I guess when she sent the text he should’ve replied “I hope it works out”

She loaned a friend money YEARS AGO and tried to get it back? That’s desperation to the max. If someone called me out of the blue and asked for money they loaned to me years ago I would be flummoxed. But of course, I would have paid them back without them having to ask but this world is full of creeps

The plaintiff had good intentions but you really should be wary of who you lend your money to. He’s lucky he was even able to sue her.
