We must learn from #COVID19 to protect & support our heath workers, listen to them & amplify their voices.

2021 has been designated as the International Year of Health and Care Workers (YHCW) in appreciation of their tireless efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. WHO has launched a year-long campaign, under the theme – Protect. Invest. Together. It highlights the urgent need to invest in health workers for shared dividends in health, jobs, economic opportunity and equity.

I would like know if there were to be a similar virus outbreak in Taiwan like SARS or COVID and Taiwan reported it directly to the WHO would you ignore it or investigate it?
Because they reported on COVID very early on but it was down played because of China's influence on the WHO.
