So Brandon the new caves will come out at the end of the year with a lot of other stuff. Axolotls can be kinda tamed and they will help you fight drowned zombies and gardians and they will also play dead. Goats can ram you and there is a rare screaming goat that will always scream. Powder snow is a new type a snow, you can get blocked inside of it and freeze to death unless you wear leather armor or if you don t want to get trapped inside of it, you can just put leather boots. The glow vines are called lichen and are just decorative. You can collect amethyst shards with a silk touch pickaxe but you can t collect budding amethyst (it s like amethyst but there are cracks on it and that s the bloc where amethyst shards grow). You can use the shards to make a telescope or tinted glass that is like glass but light can t go trough it. Copper was also added and if you put down a block of copper it will VERY slowly oxidize and become green like the statue of liberty, you can "repair" copper by right clicking with an axe or put honeycomb to stop it from oxidizing and you can remove the honeycomb by right clicking with an axe. Lighting rods are made of copper and will attract lighting if there is a thunderstorm. You can right click on a sign that has text on it with glow ink sac to make the text glow and right click with dye to change the color of the text. Candles were also added but i forgot how to craft it but you can stack them on one single block or put it on a cake. They also added stalagmites and stalactites, if you fall on a stalagmite it will hurt youband if a you break the top block of a stalactites it will fall down and hurt you if you re under it.they will generally generate with stalagtite blocks around them. Deepslate is just a stone variant and the deepslate ore variant will just take longer to mine

There’s a spyglass and tinted glass, you can craft using amethyst, you can zoom in on anything with the spyglass, tinted glass doesn’t let light through!

Brandon, you can mine copper in caves and those black things in the oceans, there are amethysts and you can make a spyglass by getting 2 copper and 1 amethyst. Just helping you out if you have bad eyesight. :)

Tips of how to get a deepslate iron and stuff like that

You have to get a Pickaxe with enchantment 'Silk Touch'
I actually found a golden pickaxe with that enchantment in one of the broken nether portal, and when I mine a coal with that pickaxe, it gives me coal ore, and if I smelt it it becomes coal...

Brandon you can use the glowing ink sak. Make a sign that has a color on it then click it with a glowing ink sak and the word you right on the sign is glowing. First dye your sign next click your sign with glowing ink sak.
