How I'll Run A Sub-20 Min 5K #runnerstips

My 5K PR of 21:44 (6:52/mile) was last November when I was in much better shape than I am now.

Running has taken a backseat these past 2-3 months with getting married, soon after getting sick, then mouth surgery…

I am weighing in at 190 lbs which is the heaviest I’ve been since…well, ever.

So we have work to do!

I may reach this goal by the end of the year, I may not.

But regardless of what happens, I’m excited to show you some of the strategies I’m taking as I pursue this goal.

Is there anything you’d like to see more of? Runs, strength, food, injury-prevention, all the above?

Let me know!

I hope you’ll learn a couple things and chuckle a time or two along the way.

There are 2 ways I can help you this July!

🏃‍♂️ If you want to START running, reserve a spot for my 8-Wk “None to Run” Challenge! You’ll run your first 5K and build a strong & healthy running foundation. It’s going to be epic.

And..

🏃🏻‍♀️If you want to PR your next - or simply run your first - 5K, Half Marathon, or Marathon, check out our app! 📲

Both can be found at the link in bio on my channel page.
