Thanks for the demonstration.  I just bought a pair of the DeWalt saw horses that are identical except for color and nameplate.  A lumberyard 2x4 fits snugly in the notch on the top.  My intent is to build a 4x8 ft assembly grid using these as the base.  I plan to paint the grid parts with some kind of color code so they don't get used for construction.  The new horses are replacing two that I built in 1974 - still serviceable, but only about 18 inches high.  The old horses have 1x4 boards to make a wide platform on top for safe standing.

I also have the metal ones that don't fold flat, I have tried making my own which is okay but I have to leave them out in the weather as they take up a lot of room, they don't last very long and they can be an eyesore when not being used.Basically what I'm saying is that it was a bit of a waste of time and should have invested in some of these.

so if they can carry in excess of 2000lb's you would still need two to stand on Chez :D

Just bought two of these from B&Q for £50 - cheapest I could find was £75

Good vídeo thanks but for me Stanley tools every time less quality . Bahco and Germany tools more quality and very strong tools.l want tools Forever not for 1 year.☺☺☺
