1) why didn't they use an order picker?
2) why was the area not gated off to customers
3) how was the door to that electric ladder not closed
4)why didn't they use the manual release to lower the electric ladder when the operator said it was stuck?
5) why were the people standing around and filming when their coworker was beging for help?
