Sadhguru didn't know anything, Islam put karma very well. There's spiritual deity we can't see it, there's black magic and white magic. Karmaic law is kifarah law, if you do bad it'll slowly hunted yourself if you do good it'll slowly hunted you, same goes for magic white magic black magic it's has alter effect on us.

Give back the debtee what he is owed, exactly what he wants. This is the secret law of karma.

You refuse? Your choice!

Then let the karmic debt carry forward to the next reincarnation. Reincarnation after reincarnation. Again and again. Forever and ever. Until the debt is settled according to debtee.
