I purchased my first set of Dimarzio pickups in the Spring of 1979, Cream Bobbin SD and PAF set for my then new Ibanez IC-400.
I’ve been a fan of them since.
As R1GAMBLER so eloquently stated “SUPER DISTORTIONS are the sound of Rock n Roll”.

It’s cool to see you working with Dimarzio, I really like their products. I have a tone zone in my Les Paul with the bluesbucker in the neck. It’s not a typical pairing but it works really well for what I need. I also have a few other guitars with some of their other offerings and I’m very fond of the Chris Broderick sets in my Jackson’s. I highly recommend trying as many of them as you can!!! They seem to always stay very clear even under super heavy gain.

Very cool, I've actually never tried DiMarzio, although whatever is good enough for Steve Vai is good enough for me lol. I love my Barelnuckle pick-ups tho, but looking forward to hear what they sound like and curious to see what guitar you throw them in. Was absolutely awesome to meet you yesterday at Palefest SMR is probably the nicest guy I've met.

Dimarzio has been making some of the most underrated pickups since the 70s. Seymour Duncan and EMG have been overshadowing them a lot recently.
