Amazing to see you walk down West 22nd Street near 8th Avenue! I stayed at the former Colonial House Inn at 318 W. 22nd, to the right of that large "peace" sign.
My room on the 4th floor faced St. Paul's Church across the street! Absolutely loved that street, it felt like a true NYC street, with the narrow sidewalks, trees and flower boxes.

I went to dinner at the Empire Diner on 10th Avenue, my first night, which is close to where you walked by the High Line Hotel.

It was my first visit to NYC, had the best week of my life, and desperately want to experience the city again!

Your videos are very well done, and I've recommended them to numerous people who travel.

오랜 만에 매디슨 스퀘어 파크에 와보는군요. 지난 봄에 튤립 정말 예뻤는데 오늘도 참 여유로운 풍경.
8:23 ㅋㅋ 플랫아이언 공사가 언제 끝날지.... 표정 진짜 웃겨요^0^
9:25 여긴 또 이렇게 풍경이 바뀌었군요. 같은 곳이지만 늘 이렇게 변화가 있고 생동감 넘치는 곳 맨해튼
필립 휴버트가 설계한 명물 첼시호텔, 아직도 그곳에 예술인들이 살고 있다니 놀랍군요. 그리고 건물 외벽에 철제 발코니가 특별해 보였어요. 첼시 역사 보존 지구의 첼시 이름이 토마스 클라크 선장의 농장이름에서 왔군요. 그건 또 런던 첼시에 있는 노병들의 집 이름을 땄고ㅎㅎ
한번 올라와보고 싶었던 하이라인 공원, 드디어ㅋㅋ 너무 좋았습니다. 빌딩숲 사이로 이런 고가 철로가 공원으로 되어 있다니 다른 도시에서도 처음부터 계획해서 만들어 설치해도 좋겠다는 생각을 했습니다. 하이라인 공원을 걷는 느낌이 마치 청계천의 느낌 비슷했던 것 같애요. 빌딩숲 사이에서의 어울리지 않을 것 같은 생경한 경험!

역사와 전통이 잘 보존되면서도 현대적 개발과 경제, 관광지역으로 되살려진 첼시 지구의 역사를 알고 보니 돌아보는 재미도 더하고 의미 있는 산책이 되었습니다. 지역을 살리려는 주민과 상인들의 노력의 결과물이라니 도시개발에 있어 정말 훌륭한 교훈과 좋은 예가 된 것 같네요.
Vessel! ㅋㅋ 여기도 함 올라보고 싶은데 옛날 영상 찾아봐야겠죠? 허드슨야드 산책도 재밌었고 야외 영화 상영 일정이 쭉 잡혀 있다니 너무 부러웠습니다ㅎㅎ
