CNC Machining, Graphite Electrode, Finishing Touches

This video shows a Graphite Electrode being finished up. Our tolerances for our parts are extremely tight and can be down to .001 of an inch. At this stage the Electrode is getting to the finishing stages of the CNC Process as the CNC is just removing very slight materials to make sure that the precision of the part is precise. This Electrode is almost ready to be moved into the next stage of the mold build process and used in the EDM Process.
