Technology is an indispensable part of healthcare; however, research indicates that currently, healthcare professionals’ skills may not be updated to accommodate how to use technologies in cooperation with patients, and there is still a lack of implementation of relevant technology and an overuse of technology. The course addresses how healthcare professionals can apply digital technology constructively and critically for people with acute or chronic pain.

The course consists of 5 units. The time required for the course was estimated at 10 hours per unit.
