After weeks of back and forth with support, we have now purchased other cameras. Because a reasonable solution to the problem was offered to us just as little as a solution.
The camera is not 4 meters away from the AP and the signal is displayed as weak.
This is with an Ubiquiti network, which is a semi-professional network environment.
So hands off this product and hands off EZviz if you expect support, because there is no support at EZviz.

Worst camera ever. Do not buy. Mine cannot even record to the internal storage. Only live view but no recording. Also it cannot detect motion. Why would I buy it for?
