Insta360 J Mount

Hopefully this was just a bad batch but if you got J-mounts from @insta360 check them out for defects. Worth noting the person who's camera this is contacted Insta and they fully replaced the mounts and camera. My friend said their CS was excellent and he was back in action one week later.

I ride with X3 sometimes 3 meters in the air on one wheel and not had a problem, using the extended selfie stick.

I had quick clips on mounts firmly attached to my bike so I could quickly swap cam locations. Guess I hadn't "clicked" it one time and it came off. The actual camera body seems pretty durable but it doesn't take much to destroy the lens

My J mount broke as well while riding, saved by the lens guard rhough

The camera lenses seem to be ok. Only the lens protections are damaged and maybe some scratches on the camera body. Good luck with the lens protectors, as otherwise, the camera was destroyed. You replace the lens protection and use clips with a safety cord as short as possible between the camera and the motorcycle. In this way, even if the clip fails quickly, you will not damage the camera.

I just got a Insta360 for Xmas...This is exactly what I'm worried about. First time having it on my motorcycle it almost fell off.
